We offer an array of amenities at Parkstone and Parkhurst Apartments, such as;

* Local ownership and management - with security 24/7.
* Ceiling fans and custom blinds in every unit.
* Extra deep soaking tubs in each unit for those overdue relaxing evenings.
* Units are pre-wired for cable/internet. (Comcast or AT&T Uverse)
* Pet friendly community! Dogs/cats permitted in Parkstone and cats allowed at Parkhurst
(Limited number of dogs allowed - please inquire with Management to confirm availability!)

Below are some of the additional luxuries provided when joining our amazing community:

	On-Site Laundry: Both The Parkstone and Parkhurst offer on-site laundry facilities, with numerous machines for your convenience. Tokens can be purchased at the front desk.
	Parking Garages/Gated Parking Lot: For your convenience, we do offer guaranteed parking options for our renters. Monthly parking in either of our enclosed garages is $40-$50 per car/month or $35/month in the gated parking lot.
	City Living Without The Chaos: Located just minutes from downtown, you get the best of both worlds - city living with a neighborhood feel. Come home to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and enjoy a serene location without the hustle and bustle of downtown.
	Breathtaking City Views: Many of our units boast breath-taking panoramic views of downtown or the river.
