We are often asked what is required to rent an apartment in our community. All of our prospective tenants must consent to a thorough background and credit check. In addition, the following is a list of basic requirements for a new tenant;
1. Application must be completed and accompanied by the $50 Application Fee. You may download an Application
HERE. Payments for your Application Fee may be paid via Paypal.
2. 1 - 1 1/2 month's security deposit. This will be based on creditworthiness.
3. If you have a pet, (permitted in Parkstone ONLY!) there is a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee due at move-in, and a $100 annual maintenance fee.
4. A Letter of Explanation for any derogatory information on your credit report will be required.
5. Proof of employment is required, and we may request paycheck stubs.
6. Letter of reference from prior landlord(s) may be required.
